This time we are going to talk about the fourth and last stage of the Tuckman model of team development: performing.<\/p><p>In the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marijnevandenkieboom.com\/uncategorized\/fase-1-van-teamontwikkeling-vorming-een-positieve-start\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">first stage of team development, forming<\/a>, people come together in a team for the first time. They have yet to get to know each other and are defining their positions in relation to each other.<\/p><p>In the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marijnevandenkieboom.com\/uncategorized\/fase-2-van-teamontwikkeling-storming-conflicten-en-teleurstellingen\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">second stage, storming<\/a>, the team wants to know what they will be doing and how they will be doing this. Your responsibilities as a manager change to maintaining this momentum.
